Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS

If you return an item requesting a refund within 7 days of delivery/collection, we’ll give you a full refund. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method.

Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached. Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

CONDITION

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them. This includes the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

EXCHANGE

Need a different size or color? Simply place a new order and return the original order. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse.

REFUND EXCEPTIONS

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on swimwear/underwear briefs or face coverings.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
